Neil has over 15 years’ experience in commercial and residential real estate having most recently been COO at The Collective and held senior positions at Schroders and Nabarro. Neil was instrumental in the establishment and growth of the world’s first co-living fund, COLIV and has worked on co-living projects in London, Berlin and New York.
Dom was formerly Head of UK Investment at The Collective where he spent 3 years focussed on COLIV, and capitalising the 1,800 bed UK development portfolio. Prior to The Collective, Dom qualified as a solicitor at Nabarro in 2014 and spent 3 years at Queensgate Investments transacting on operational real estate across the office and hospitality sectors.
Russ was formerly Head of UK Development at The Collective, working in partnership with Dom to lead the delivery of the UK portfolio. As a former Development Director at Landsec, Blackstone and Hammerson, Russ has a wealth of experience in the UK development market.
Nik has managed the development of the Earlsfield and Battersea projects since acquisition, taking them through planning and into construction. Nik has a strong track record in residential development delivery having previously held the role as Senior Development Manager at CNM Estates.
Kieran has exclusively project managed the COLIV sites at Harrow, Earlsfield and Battersea over the last 3 years, successfully leading on the contract management of the projects into construction. Prior to his involvement with COLIV Kieran was an Associate Partner at Chris Smith Associates.
James has a strong background in Development Management and was responsible for the delivery of the COLIV site at Harrow. Prior to this, James spent 18 months at Cast Consultancy working on large mixed use residential led schemes, and 4 years at RER London, overseeing a number of prime residential developments.
Harry oversees planning and community engagement at Halcyon. He previously led on planning strategy for the growth of The Collective’s UK portfolio, securing a number of significant planning consents across London. Prior to The Collective Harry held planning and development roles at DP9 and Countryside Properties, promoting and delivering prime mixed use development sites.
