We have pioneered a unique and impactful approach to community engagement. Through collaborating with the local community prior to site acquisition and during the development process, we create partnerships and tailor our offer to meet the needs of local people.

We capture our commitments to the local community within a Community Investment Programme which becomes a delivery obligation for each of our projects. Harry, our Head of Planning, leads our community engagement initiative. He is dedicated to ensuring that each of our projects directly benefits local people.
