The Palm House

The Palm House is London’s first purpose designed co-living scheme. Halcyon’s team were involved in site acquisition, achieving planning permission and led the forward funding with DTZ Investors. Halcyon later delivered the scheme in early 2022. It provides 222 co-living units, high quality communal amenity spaces and a large public co-working facility and café

Project Impact

“It has been wonderful to have formed a relationship with Halcyon Development Partners and DTZi Investors so that we can collaboratively work together to support disabled people within Harrow. Becoming a dedicated partner of the Community Investment Programme at The Palm House in Harrow has given HAD (Harrow Association of Disabled People) use of meeting rooms, space for staff members to work and an opportunity to hold 2 larger events per year which will help us enormously.” Louise Weldon, Chief Executive, Harrow Association of Disabled People.
