Designed by Assael Architects, planning permission was obtained in 2019 for a co-living scheme in Earlsfield comprising 315 co-living units alongside a range of communal amenities and a new riverside cafe. Construction is underway with the new building expected to launch in late 2022.

Battersea
We are delivering a co-living scheme in Battersea adjacent to the River Thames. The scheme, granted planning permission in 2020, is currently under construction and will provide 270 co-living units alongside an array of communal amenities, workspace and a new café. The building is anticipated to launch in early 2023.
Hayes
Project X
Designed by Stirling Prize winning architects Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, we secured planning permission in March 2022 for the comprehensive redevelopment of an industrial site close to the new Hayes Crossrail station. The development will comprise 376 co-living units, 150 BTR units and an extensive public realm and creative workspace offering. Construction works are anticipated to start later this year.
We are currently working on exciting proposals to bring forward 370 co-living units alongside 150 BTR units. The scheme, which includes extensive commercial space and public realm, is anticipated to receive planning permission the coming months.
